Ha! My friend came over yesterday and we literally cooked from 10am until 6pm..and we made 7 dishes...and put them in portion sized containers... Now I don't have to cook all week...and if i get hungry..instead of grabbing a bag of chips.. because its easy...I can grab something healthy and now its equally as easy! :)

I have been cooking more and more since I subscribed to your website! You have everything good - in so many ways - to choose from and it's made a huge difference on my cooking style and on my conscious! All of a sudden, I'm not freaking out on calorie counting so much. I don't have to flip through handfuls of magazines and search through page upon page of cooking websites to find a recipe that takes almost no effort and is good for me. And, c'mon, who wants to stick to a good-for-you-already-made frozen meal?
Thank you for giving back the comfort foods I can finally eat without shame, for making it easy for me to try something new and bringing the cook in me out to play again!

I love the baked onion rings. You really don't have to give up your favorite foods when dieting all you need to do is make slight adjustment to the way you cook like replacing high fat butter with herbs. Adding in herbs will give you a tasty fresh meal without the calories so eat without worries.

After starting Weight Watchers, I was looking for new recipes to mix things up. Well, I found it! These recipes are so good and easy to follow! Everything I've made so far, I've LOVED! EYS makes it so easy for me to stick with my Weight Watchers points, but still eat the things that I love. Not to mention, I love her home posts too!
