Kelly, you're fabulous!!! I see you do all of these fabulous recipes with Weight Watchers conversions and I was just wondering.....have you ever been heavy/chubby/pleasantly plump??? I mean this in the kindest way possible. If you have ever had any extra weight, I would love a picture for inspiration!!!!

All your recipes look AMAZING!! I saw in your about section that you are a big wine drinker and Virginia DEFINITELY is the place for wine. Moscato is also my favorite wine, every time I do a tasting they tell me that I drink the Juicey Juice's of wine. Horton Vineyard is a winery in Orange County Virginia, they make a really good sweet red wine that is called Sweet Concord. If you ever get a chance to go to their winery or go to a wine festival that they are out I would definitely recommend trying it!

Aw thank you SO much!! It's so funny you mention Horton's Vineyard, it's my absolute favorite!! They have the best sweet wines and of course you gotta love their Kiss the Devil! They're always my favorite tent at the wine festivals :) I think I still have a bottle of their blueberry muffin wine! Thanks again for reading love! xoxo

I just discovered your blog today and already have it bookmarked, along with having visited it several times! I LOVE the fact that you have the points values for WW and I can't wait to pick my first recipe and try it out!!
Would you recommend any "healthier" wines? I love wine but we all know it's not the healthiest of all the drinks!! :)

Thank you again for taking the time to create such a wonderful blog!!

I am in LOVE with your site! I joined weight watchers a month ago and have lost 10 of the 33 pounds between me and my goal! I also have started "running", or the intent of it... I am pretty sure my lack of coordination makes me look like I am "moving", but not quite running! :) Your blog is very inspiring and the recipes are stunning...
Thank You!

Hi Kelly!

Just wanted to let you know that I enjoy your blog very much and that I recently nominated you for the Kreativ Blogger award on my site, http://www.andtheycookedhappilyeverafter.wordpress.com - kind of just getting into the food blogging world, and your blog was one of the first I started following and I just love all your recipes! Low fat and healthy and so visually appealing. I'm trying to get better at taking pics too, so I look at yours alot for inspiration to make mine better (takes a lot of practice that's for sure!) But anyway, I know you've got a huge following and probably get stuff like this all the time, but I just wanted to let you know that I think your blog is wonderful and gave you a nod on my little blog :) Thanks for the great stuff!

I stumbled upon your site and fell in LOVE! After losing weight doing weight watchers for my wedding (almost 1 year ago!) I began to give up on healthy eating and cooking since my big picture day was over... But finding your site and your delicious recipes has made me find my love of healthy cooking again! My husband loves my meals(without knowing the calorie reduction) and I feel better about mealtime! Thank you for your delicious recipes, beautiful pictures and taking the guesswork out of calculating points!

What a beautiful site and such terrific photos and can't wait to try your recipes.
I was wondering if you could add one little thing that would be a great help.
It is so cool that I can click to print the recipe, but there is no nutritional or weight watcher point value on the printed copy.
I was wondering if you could put this information like at the end of the printable recipe, so I have all that wonderful information together?
thank you dear!

I follow many food blogs and yours is one of the best with photography and recipes. I am on WW and I love! how you give us the points with each recipe. Do you think there is any way you could add a Pinterest tab? I would love to save the recipes in my WW pinterest board.
Many thanks for all the wonderful pictures and healthy recipes!

I've been following your site for a while now and I absolutely love your recipes. Literally, every single recipe that I have tried has came out wonderfully. Your recipes aren't hard to follow and usually don't take very much time to make either. And they always come out delicious! Just to name a few I've tried: cranberry-oatmeal bars, herb-crusted pork chops and chicken, angel hair pasta with shrimp in tomato sauce, and many more. I'm constantly checking your site for any new recipes you've posted. Keep them coming!!!!!

Hello, I love your site. I'm a real fan of champagne cake so I am definitely going to try this. However, I must confess that since I am from the famous Napa wine country, I will probably be substituting Skinny Girl for another type of moscato, because the chance of finding Skinny Girl in Napa is low and the looks I would get for buying it would not be good.

Alison Smith said...

Um, can I just tell you that you completely made my day by telling me Skinny Girl makes moscato? How nice it will be to not have to pour it into a measuring cup first! Thanks so much!

I don't know how big you are on fish, but I'd LOVE to see some more fish recipes! I know you have a few tuna and shrimp, but only 1 tilapia. I'd love to see some more!

I just came across your site today, while trying to find a pasta salad recipe, which yours looks tasty by the way. I don't have that much to lose, I want to lose about 10 more, so it's been hard coming off. I didn't see a spot on here telling more of your story though. Were you always into healthy eating/exercising?

Also where do you shop for clothes. Love your style.
