Hope everyone is having an amazing week so far!  Aside from shooting the video today for the Dr. Oz Show, I'll be cooking TONS more in my kitchen since Gold Cup is tomorrow!  You know, the horse races where everyone wears big hats and dresses up ridiculously nice in all things Lilly Pulitzer??  Yeah totally my scene.  And since tomorrow just so happens to be Cinco de Mayo, I'll be making skinny beer-garitas and my favorite corn dip!
