Ohh do I have a treat for you. Y'all know how I love posting my Weight Watchers points for each one of my recipes, particularly because I've personally found success using the program and I know many others who have as well. SO when Weight Watchers contacted me and offered to send me some of their yummy light cream cheese, I was so excited!
I don't know about you, but I LOVE recipes that call for cream cheese. It adds so much flavor, has a great creamy consistency and can be used in many sweet and savory dishes. The only problem is cream cheese can tend to be high in fat and calories so I've always tried to use it sparingly, but using Weight Watchers reduced fat cream cheese allows you to indulge a bit more and it tastes just as delicious! It's also low in sodium!
So since we're enjoying this gorgeous Fall season {and y'all KNOW I have tons of pumpkin at my disposal} I chose to make a delicious pumpkin dip. This literally takes seconds to whip up, 30 minutes to chill and tastes absolutely amazing with apples, banana slices, cinnamon pita chips or even spread on whole wheat bagels! The possibilities are endless and its a great snack to bring to work to keep your diet in check. Only 3 Weight Watchers points per serving!
Feel free to serve this at your next gathering, bring a few batches to your Sunday tailgate or, like I said, leave some in your fridge at work for a healthy snack. Either way, I promise everyone will love you for this!
Your welcome.
PS, I'm absolutely terrible at cutting apples {clearly} so don't let my slicing skills deter you from making this dip, you'll totally be missing out. Hope you enjoy this as much as we did!

Never had pumpkin dip, but it does sound good.
What a great, healthier treat! I can't help but think how great your dip would be on gingersnaps :)
This look super yummy! I want to have this as a pre-Thanksgiving meal snack.
This looks delicious! I have been wanting to try a similar recipe for awhile, but the "naughty" version which adds a little of rum :)
Yum...what a great dip! I always seem to have at least part of a can leftover whenever i make something with pumpkin! Saving this one...
Cream cheese is a wonderful ingredient :) May I ask you to investigate cheesecake options? ;)
Love it. I have a recipe that calls for cool whip instead of the cream cheese but either one I think would be fabulous! :)
This looks great Kelly and I love that it is lower fat than a lot of the Pumpkin Dip[s out there since I have been wanting to make one. Thanks for sharing!
Yum! Maybe I'll have to try this for Thanksgiving!!
Great recipe Kelly. I thought the apples looked great. Hope you have a fantastic week.

Awesome idea. That looks so nice and creamy. An even better idea to dip apple slices in it!
I love pumpkin dip! I have never tried the WW cream cheese, though I have heard a lot of good things about it. Need to give it a try. I am going to "whip up" a batch this weekend and I will let you know how it goes. Going to sub Truvia for the brown sugar. Trying to watch my sugar intake. :D Thanks hon!

Oh yes I love cream cheese too! It is one of my all time favorite ingredients. And of course I love this pumpkin dip. I should tell my stepmom about this, because she also had huge success with Weight Watchers.
That looks and sounds amazing!! I will definitely be giving that a try! Thanks for sharing!!
Oh I love this! What a great little dip to make when friends are coming over.
Awesome!! This looks delicious! I love weight watchers, it helped so much to get back to pre-baby clothes! :) And even though I am not actively doing it anymore, I still love to use their recipes!
This looks fantastic! I love the idea of pumpkin as a dip. On the bad side, I bet guilt-free Cinnamon Sugar Pita Chips would taste yummy with it!!
Yuuuummm!
Yum, this looks so yummy! Love that is uses lower fat cream cheese, I've seen recipes with the reg stuff, but never made any due to the nutrition. Thanks for an alternative !
This sounds beyond delightfully delicious! I think it'd make a great breakfast fruit dip or toast spread too!

Ah-mazing! I love love love anything with cream cheese and a lighter version is totally a bonus!
The dip looks delicious! I've made something similar and served it with ginger snaps (before my cinnamon allergy). I like that you used weight watchers cream cheese - I love recipes with it, too and always over look them because of the calorie content! I won't now!
