Pumpkin Dip

Ohh do I have a treat for you.  Y'all know how I love posting my Weight Watchers points for each one of my recipes, particularly because I've personally found success using the program and I know many others who have as well.  SO when Weight Watchers contacted me and offered to send me some of their yummy light cream cheese, I was so excited!

I don't know about you, but I LOVE recipes that call for cream cheese.  It adds so much flavor, has a great creamy consistency and can be used in many sweet and savory dishes.  The only problem is cream cheese can tend to be high in fat and calories so I've always tried to use it sparingly, but using Weight Watchers reduced fat cream cheese allows you to indulge a bit more and it tastes just as delicious!  It's also low in sodium!

So since we're enjoying this gorgeous Fall season {and y'all KNOW I have tons of pumpkin at my disposal} I chose to make a delicious pumpkin dip.  This literally takes seconds to whip up, 30 minutes to chill and tastes absolutely amazing with apples, banana slices, cinnamon pita chips or even spread on whole wheat bagels!  The possibilities are endless and its a great snack to bring to work to keep your diet in check.  Only 3 Weight Watchers points per serving!

Feel free to serve this at your next gathering, bring a few batches to your Sunday tailgate or, like I said, leave some in your fridge at work for a healthy snack.  Either way, I promise everyone will love you for this!

Your welcome.

PS, I'm absolutely terrible at cutting apples {clearly} so don't let my slicing skills deter you from making this dip, you'll totally be missing out.  Hope you enjoy this as much as we did!

Cream cheese is a wonderful ingredient :) May I ask you to investigate cheesecake options? ;)

Love it. I have a recipe that calls for cool whip instead of the cream cheese but either one I think would be fabulous! :)

I love pumpkin dip! I have never tried the WW cream cheese, though I have heard a lot of good things about it. Need to give it a try. I am going to "whip up" a batch this weekend and I will let you know how it goes. Going to sub Truvia for the brown sugar. Trying to watch my sugar intake. :D Thanks hon!

Oh yes I love cream cheese too! It is one of my all time favorite ingredients. And of course I love this pumpkin dip. I should tell my stepmom about this, because she also had huge success with Weight Watchers.

The dip looks delicious! I've made something similar and served it with ginger snaps (before my cinnamon allergy). I like that you used weight watchers cream cheese - I love recipes with it, too and always over look them because of the calorie content! I won't now!
