Sorry for being so MIA this week.  I had a jam-packed weekend filled with visiting old friends that were in town, tailgating and lots of sporting events {sigh} which has left me with what feels like the dreaded FLU
Soo since all my cooking and baking has been put on hold while I over-medicate myself and attempt to get tons of much-needed sleep, I leave you with what I made myself yesterday which ALWAYS makes me feel better!  My delicious slow-cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup.
As you can tell by the picture, this was one of my very first recipes ever posted on my blog, but it is definitely one of my favorites.  This soup a great Fall recipe and perfect for when you’re feeling sick…it warmed me right up and left soo many leftovers for me to indulge in today as well.  Hope you all enjoy this and I will be back to to posting delicious recipes as soon as I’m feeling better again!
