Here are your ingredients:
Recipe adapted from Gina's Skinny Recipes
Recipe adapted from Gina's Skinny Recipes
3 lbs (about 18) chicken wings
1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp Frank's Hot Sauce
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 Tbsp oregano
4 tsp paprika
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 celery stalks, sliced into strips
Low fat blue cheese dressing (extra points)
In a large bowl, combine the hot sauce, vinegar, oregano, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, salt and pepper. Mix well and then place chicken wings in a large plastic bag and pour entire mixture into bag. Blend well and let them marinate for about 30 minutes to an hour.
Once wings are done marinating, reserve 1 cup of marinade. Place wings on a broiler rack and broil on low, about 8 inches from the flame for about 10-12 minutes on each side.
While chicken cooks, heat the reserved hot sauce until warm on the stove. Toss the hot sauce with the chicken and enjoy!

Yum! I love chicken wings but hate all of the calories that go along with it. This is a keeper :)
Thanks so much Dee, my boyfriend REALLY loved them! :)
These look great! But serving size of two wings--yikes. I think I would need a burger afterwards ;)
I love broiling chicken wings at home, save the deep fried for going out :) These look so tasty!
I'm not a big fan of wings myself but the sauce sounds yummy. Gina's stuff is always good!
Welcome to the blog and I look forward to also following along on yours.
These are GREAT, Kelly! I never knew a tasty but healthy buffalo wing existed, but you've done it! They look so delicious and I'm really looking forward to trying them sometime this summer. Thanks for sharing. :)
Yum, they do look fantastic. I love wings. Put them on the grill next time and you'll never go back. Promise.
I'm sold on anything containing Frank's Hot Sauce! These sound great!!

Looks great. I posted a skinny wing recipe a few months ago, but I have to say, I like yours better. ;.)
These look delicious!!!!!
Finally a wing recipe I can eat and feel good about!
Yummm...my husband is in LOVE with chicken wings but I rarely make since they aren't exactly great for you. I will have to give these a try!! My husband thanks you in advance :)
Hi
In the last paragraph, you instruct to heat the remaining hot sauce until warm. But in the first paragraph you instruct to use all the hot sauce in the marinate, where is the remaining hot sauce.
Sorry about that Jackie! I meant to add that once the chicken has marinated, reserve 1 cup of the marinade and heat up on the stove while the chicken cooks. The brush or toss the chicken with that once they are done :)
Thanks for this lovely chicken wings recipe! I will try it at home and maybe write a review on my new blog :)
Delicious! Just made it for me and my husband! Definitely will be making it again. Only side note is it might be helpful for those who are just starting out cooking, or cooking their own wings for there to be a hit as far as how to tell if the chicken is done.
I made these the other day for a couple friends. They can out perfect. I don't know how to work the broiler so I baked them for about 45 mins flipping them once and I made a dipping sauce with plain Greek yogurt, lemon, dill, and garlic powder. Mmm. I'm making them again tonight for the Super Bowl.
