Fabulous Find!

Ok so recently I decided to do a major clean up of my kitchen and get rid of all the crap that my body didn't need to consume, no matter how amazing everything tasted.....yes, sadly that included my DELICIOUS Thin Mint Girl Scout cookies....sigh.  Anyway, I then proceeded to my local grocery store to restock my empty, bare and depressing kitchen and replace everything with bright, yummy fruits and vegetables.  Well....one can only have so many veggies and, I don't know about you, but when my butt is plopped on the couch watching my favorite shows at night, carrot sticks are the last thing I want to munch on!

Well I found these Special K Cracker Chips at the store and let me tell you, they are AWESOME!!  In my opinion, they taste just as good, if not better, than regular sour cream and onion potato chips!  They also come in a sea salt flavor which I'm sure is comparable to regular potato chips and I'm excited to try those as well.  The best thing about these??  You can have 27 chips for around 100 calories and 2 grams of fat!  Now I know what you're thinking, these must be little bite-sized chips....nope!  They are actual potato chip size and really taste great!  Obviously you shouldn't snack on them every night, that would defeat the purpose of these healthy alternatives, but they do satisfy a serious munchie craving every now and then and are also the perfect snack to bring to work.  Let me know how you like them!!

I love these chips as well! All of the flavors are great, and I don't feel disgusting after eating half a box in one sitting. I've been able to completely remove normal chips from my diet after having these for so long, as I don't crave the greasier version :)
