So no this isn't a recipe of mine but it sure is a great find at the grocery store if you're having a chocolate craving but don't want to kill your diet. It's called No Pudge! Brownie Mix and I can put my own personal stamp of approval on them since I've made them myself and absolutely LOVED them!! I'll be perfectly honest with you, I thought they were going to tase like cardboard when I first got them, but by adding fat-free yogurt of your choice to the mix, they come out extremely moist and very chocolatey!! There are 4 flavors to choose from - original, cappuccino, raspberry and mint. So far I've only tried the original mix, but you better believe I'll be whipping up these other flavors in the future! They are completely guilt-free at just 90 calories per brownie (which makes a pretty decent size piece), ZERO fat and made with all natural ingredients. For those of you on Weight Watchers, that's only 2 points per slice! For comparison, a typical brownie made from Duncan Hines is around 170 calories per serving with 8 grams of fat. So you get two brownies for the price of one!On top of that, their website, seen here at No Pudge! Recipes, includes all sorts of different recipes and variations you can use to make healthy sweets and desserts. Some include Irish Cream Brownies, Smore Brownies, Banana Chocolate Pie and, my personal faaaavorite, Mocha Brownie Toffe Torte....just to name a few. So at your next social event, don't freak out about what you can and cannot eat. Bring one of these delicious desserts and surprise everyone at how great they are, I can guarantee you they'll be a hit!
